We have two apartments fully refurbished in the centre, very near from Plaza Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, La Casa Batlló.

The apartments have 55m2 distributed in a living room/kitchen with a sofa-bed for two persons, a twin room, an individual room with two beds and bathroom. The exterior flats have also a terrasse. The other type of the apartments it's the same but only have a twin room and a sofa bed for two persons and have a balcony with views to consell de cent street.
The price for one apartment that sleeps betwen 1 and 4 people is: 1,2 or 3 persons is 140? per night, 4 persons is 160? per night. The other apartament that sleeps betwen 1 and 6 peolpe and the price is: for 4 peolpe the same price that the other apartment, 5 persons is 180? per night and 6 persons 200? per night.

***If you arrive or leave the apartment between 22h p.m. and 24h p.m.or between 7h a.m. and 8h a.m. the owner will ask you for an extra charge of 20?. If you arrive or leave the apartment between 24h p.m. and 7h a.m. the owner will ask you for and extra charge of 50?.
***Please note that upon arrival you will have to pay a 150 Euro's key deposit which you will get back on the day that you check out.
***Please inform owner what time you will arrive so he can be there to hand over the keys, full details of owner you will receive with your bookingconfirmation.
***The prices can change for special dates (high season).
